what to expect

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting) and our reception will be inside a newly-constructed barn.

We’ve reserved the entire property exclusively for our wedding on Saturday! This means the entire venue will be just for us so you'll be surrounded by familiar faces and have the chance to meet soon-to-be familiar ones as well.

The weekend will be adult-only with the exception of our young adult cousins. We appreciate your understanding.

If you’re looking for food on-site during the day on Saturday, you’re welcome to grab brunch in Conover Club from 10:00am to 1:00pm or order off of the On The Fly menu at the front desk from 8:00am-4:00pm. Both are located in the Boarding House.

***There is limited cell reception coming in, so please make sure your map is routed beforehand! There will be free wifi on-site once you arrive. Additionally, there are not many towns within 20-30 mins of the venue so please plan ahead if you intend on stopping for lunch or the restroom on your way up.***

what to wear

For our ceremony and reception, please dress semi-formal!

Ladies - You will be walking on mulched paths & grassy areas to access the ceremony site. We suggest skipping the skinny heel - go for the block heel, wedge, or dressy shoe.

Gents - You know the deal. Suit & tie or slacks & dress shirt recommended.

Fall in the Catskills is a beautiful time of year, but temperatures could become chilly. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outside and the reception is inside. Please consider bringing a shaw, cover-up, or light jacket in case of chilly temperatures for the ceremony. In the event of light rain, each guest room has an umbrella that you may use.

Things to Do

We invite you to optional free yoga on Saturday Morning at 9:30am Register at the front desk and enjoy a serene escape on the yoga deck across from the Lake House rooms, with sweeping views overlooking the property and the Catskills. Spots are limited to the first 25 registrants. There is no need to bring a mat, as Callicoon Hills will provide one!
